        ah i see, I’m really curious about the source of some of these. Some of the samples I’ve had a hard time understanding, but I can try my best when I get time.

        Also I misspoke on the two Ghost in the Shell tracks. Al Megiddo is the first GITS movie’s 謡II-Ghost City and Innocence is the second movie’s The Ballade of Puppets: Flowers Grieve and Fall.           musical is Björk – In The Musicals
          Innocence & Al Megiddo is Making of a Cyborg by Kenji Kawai from Ghost in the Shell Innocence
          Hannya X is the heart sutra (buddhist sutra), not sure what exact version he’s sampling but they all sounds the same more or less.

          I’ve been trying to find out about some of these others though for quite some time.

          I know the samples in Substanced – Columbia is from the movie Blow, Nomic – Human Race samples are from Dead Poets Society, and Nomic – Rageface samples the song Quartz – Meltdown.

                I’ll play for a few(~5) hours and it’s been ages since I’ve really messed around with freeform so who knows how long it’ll really go. Been trying to get a bit of practice in with my new turntable, but not sure I’m quite ready to use it in my streams…

                    Hello! I’m Shimotsukei and I’m a hard nrg/freeform DJ from the US. I got my start into electronic music about 10 years ago with Betwixt&Between’s reincarnation. I can’t remember when exactly I found this site, but I’ve lurked here for many years now.

                    Over the last few years I’ve been putting on the online event Lucky Lotus and more recently releases through our label, trying to represent our sound however I can. This year was like a dream both being able to do a set together with PlasmaDancer for the festival and releasing a physical freeform only CD at Codex in Japan.

                    Favorite intro is a difficult choice however
                    Falling Star pt 3 and Eternalcannon are my current favorites.
