  1. I’m glad to see a sequel to the much appriciated Goa Chill Out Corner. 🙂

I like Born Underwater the most. I hadn’t been listening to Goa for a couple of weeks before I started it up and maybe that made it sound even more refreshing. And that name is just brilliant. The fact that it is Underwater and not Under Water makes it sound much more mystical. 🙂

I’ve listened to 9th many times since it’s release now and I think the whole album is perfect. The percussions, especially in Time Current, are very good and give an interesting atmosphere that I enjoy a lot. The way it is used might not be so uncommon in the Goa scene but still, sounds great.

I realy like many of the tunes by Filteria but these ones here are a little bit too psychedelic for my taste, if that makes sense.

Artha – DNA has a lot of wicked things going for it with the acid basslines and stuff, but there is something about the kind of oriental like melodies (don’t know how to better describe them) here and there in the song that I’m not too fond of. It still has a great structure non the less. Sounds much like what can be heard on the Influencing Dreams album, wich is a realy good album!

Thanks for another quality tune! Just my kind of thing – it reminds me of another tune, but can’t for the life of me remember right now…

Interesting you say that about the Filteria tunes, I always think he’s at his best doing psychedelic/weird stuff like this. What would be your favourites?

Agree with you about DNA though, now and then there are a couple of melodies I don’t like, but then the filters start up again and all is forgiven 😉

Might be a few more ‘Corners’ on the way if this freeform drought continues for much longer 🙂

To be honest, it was a while since I last listened to Filteria. I think I’ve mostly been listening to the Daze Of Our Lives album and the tracks featured on there a little bit less chaotic than Navigate. The Snuggling Snail is a bit more layed back and sounds more like a typical Filteria track in my ears.

I listened to a couple of tracks on youtube to refresh my memory and you are right in that most of his tracks do indeed lean more to the psychedelic side. I just had a different idea of what the Filteria tracks I’ve heard before sounded like.

Ultimator would be one of my favourite tracks by Filteria.
