I’ll finally have a chance to escape Tokyo this weekend, when I head down to Shizuoka for a couple of days. Instead of Friday/Saturday, then, I’ll be doing one of my mid-week ustream sets tomorrow. With the release of Concept of Love today, maybe a bit of Hard NRG would be a nice idea…there’ll definitely be some Pain on Creation, too.
If all goes to plan we’ll start at 11pm – not great for the Europe crew, but we had a very nice little group there last time.

I know, I know…as pretentious as it sounds, when I do a recorded mix I try to ‘tell a story’, and apart from not having the time, there haven’t been the right tunes for it recently…Having said that, this evening I heard an incredible (and brand new) tune, absolutely good enough to build a set around!
Actually I reckon that my Dreams Into Harder set is one of my best for a long time (in terms of mixing and structure), and it’s had some very nice feedback from people who know a heck of a lot more about the genre than me 😉
